Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

   We offer two types of shipping:

   1) Domestic Shipping (US/UK): U.S. orders fulfilled from our United States–based center; UK orders fulfilled from our United Kingdom–based center.
   
   - Shipping Available: Within the Domestic U.S., United Kingdom (England, Scotland, and Wales only)
   - Shipping Not Available: Armed Forces Americas, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, and Northern Ireland

   Fulfillment: U.S. orders are shipped from our United States–based fulfillment center, and UK orders are shipped from our United Kingdom–based fulfillment center.

   2) International Shipping: Orders fulfilled from South Korea and shipped to all supported countries outside the US and UK.

   We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

   We now ship to over 200 countries and regions worldwide, with the following exceptions.

   - Shipping Not Available:

   Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Belarus, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Congo (Democratic Republic), Haiti, Indonesia, Iraq, Mali, Malaysia, Mexico, Micronesia, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Nigeria, Peru, Russia, Somalia, Spain, Sudan, Turkey, Ukraine, Uruguay, Venezuela, Vietnam
   

   * Shipping to these destinations is currently unavailable due to country-specific regulations and DHL customs clearance policies. This list is subject to change at any time based on carrier and operational conditions, without prior notice.

       
       2. Shipping Cost

      Shipping cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address (country).
      Free shipping thresholds vary by country and are displayed at the top of each country-specific site.

    3. Shipping Details

    US: Shipped via DHL. Certain orders may be shipped via UPS instead.
    UK: Shipped via Royal Mail.
    All other countries: Shipped via DHL.
    Delivery time: 2–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  *Please note that carriers and delivery times are subject to change without prior notice, and may vary due  to unforeseen circumstances during the shipment process.

   4. Shipping Details

   Missing Parcel If a parcel does not reach a customer within 60 days, we consider it missing. In these cases, we can resend a new parcel or process a refund.

   Unclaimed Return Orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information will have non-refundable shipping fees. We're happy to resend the order, but additional shipping charges will apply. Please ensure that the correct address and contact information are entered.

   Customs-Related Issues The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped from South Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the recipient's responsibility, and COSRX has no control over these charges nor the ability to predict them. Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate.
